Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes

2 wholemeal wraps

2 slice of ham (1 per wrap)

2 handfuls of grated mozzarella cheese (1 per wrap)

¼ teaspoon olive oil / vegetable oil

How to make cheese & ham toasted wrap

  1. Place wrap on chopping board and lay a slice of ham on wrap

  2. On top of the ham sprinkle grated cheese

  3. Fold wrap up from the bottom in to the centre, then from one side, the other and then the top the ham and cheese will be wrapped in an ‘envelope’

  4. Spread base of pan with oil, then heat it to high temperature.

  5. Reduce to medium heat and pop wraps in pan and cook for a few minutes, keep checking to ensure they don’t burn

  6. When the outsides are browned, carefully remove from heat.

To Serve: Delicious with a green salad

Don’t have heat too high otherwise wrap will burn on the outside before cheese has melted.

Careful when you bite into these wraps as contents do become very hot.
