These are a wonderful healthy accompaniment to any meal!


Makes approximately 4-6 servings

Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes

Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes






Ingredients


Carrots - as many as you need!

Salt


How to Prepare your carrots

  1. Peel and chop into circles or batons

  2. Add to a pan of water (with a pinch of salt if desired) and boil for 10 minutes.
