Pan fried cabbage

Cabbage is great as a side dish and a great winter versatile vegetable





Makes approximately 4 servings

Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes

Cooking time is approximately 5-10 minutes


Ingredients

Pointed cabbage, savoy cabbage or green cabbage in fact any cabbage!

Knob of butter or a little oil

Seasoning of your choice


How to make

1. Heat the butter or oil gently in a pan

2. Add the thinly sliced cabbage

3. Heat and wilt – you can add crushed garlic or chilli flakes or mustard at this stage

4. Add seasoning
