Bean Salad

Quick and easy way to make - looks and tastes delicious!

Makes approximately 4 servings

Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes


2 tins of mixed beans

1 tin of sweetcorn

½ red onion

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar/cider vinegar

6 tablespoons oil

Salt & pepper

Sprinkle of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

How to make Bean Salad

1. Drain the tins of beans and sweetcorn in a sieve.

2. Finely chop the onion.

3. Put the mustard and vinegar into a small bowl and whisk together with a fork.

4. Slowly add the oil whisking all the time until all incorporated.

5. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

Serve as a side dish or as a main course with crusty bread and a green salad.
