Pour over the honey mixture and mix to coat well. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins, shaking every 5 mins so it bakes evenly. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before storing in an air tight container. HINTS & TIPS Make a large batch and keep in the cupboard for a couple of weeks for a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Experiment with adding different yogurts and fruits! 'Lighten up' this is a great breakfast for a busy day! Use 1/2 the amount of runny honey. Adding cinnamon adds a warm sweet taste. Coconut oil is high in saturated fats something that should be eaten less often. Reducing the amount by half can help lighten up this recipe.
