EasiYo Delight Ice Cream Kit

EasiYo Delight Ice Cream Kit - Just add water to make 1.5 litres of premium ice cream. With the benefits of probiotic acidophilus, only 6% fat, gluten free, non GMO, no added colour. Each kit contains; 1 x 1.5litre ice cream container, 1 x 220g Chocolate flavoured sachet, 1 x 220g Vanilla flavoured sachet, 1 x recipe booklet.

Easy to use; Pour 400ml of drinking water into the 1.5litre container, add flavoured sachet and mix thoroughly. Place in freezer until mix is frozen solid. The mix can be stored in this form until you are ready to use it. Once frozen, remove the lid and place the ice cream container in your microwave. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. The ice cream must have a sorbet consistency, not melted. Break into pieces for ease of beating, loosening any corner pieces. Carefully beat with an electric beater on high for 2 minutes, until the mixture more than doubles in volume. Return to the freezer. It will now refreeze as ice cream in a very short time. You can vary the freezing time to suit your preference.

Pasteurised whole milk solids*(48%) from free range cows, live lactic cultures (l.acidophilus), sugar, dextrose, cocoa (5%), maltodextrin, emulsifier (E477, E471, E481), stabilisers (guar gum, processed eucheuma seaweed)
*contains natural lecithin derived from soybean.

Vanilla Flavoured Sachet Ingredients;

Pasteurised whole milk solids*(55%) from free range cows, live lactic cultures (l.acidophilus), sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, emulsifier (E477, E471, E481), stabilisers (guar gum, processed eucheuma seaweed, alpha tocopherol, citric acid)
*contains natural lecithin derived from soybean.
